• Usage & Performance Data: Features accessed, rendering request logs, app interaction metrics, subscription events, and crash reporting data processed directly or via integrated SDKs (e.g., Adapty).
• Purchase Information: In-app purchase history, subscription status, transaction IDs, customer user IDs, and receipt tokens provided by Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or processed via subscription analytics tools like Adapty (we do not store raw credit card numbers).

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Model Integrations

Our applications leverage advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure to perform image-to-video conversion, photo styling, and text processing. By uploading media, you acknowledge that your input data (such as photos or text prompts) is transmitted to third-party AI sub-processors, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Sora APIs)
• Google Cloud AI APIs
• Gemini AI
• NanoBana AI
• eachlabs
• Other specialized computer vision and video generation AI model providers

Important Data Safeguards:

• No Public AI Model Training: Your uploaded personal photos, face data, and inputs are processed strictly to execute the requested rendering task. We contractually and technical request that providers do not use your private personal media to train public AI models.
• Temporary Processing: Media submitted for AI transformations is processed in real-time or stored in volatile storage only for the duration necessary to produce and return your requested output.

4. Facial Data and Biometric Information Handling

If your uploaded images contain human faces for AI transformation features (e.g., Age Transformation or Face Animation):

• Purpose: Face image data is processed solely to apply the requested visual effects and generate target video/image assets.
• Storage & Retention: Facial features are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently for identity verification, tracking, or facial recognition databases.
• Sharing: Facial data is shared only with our secure AI model API partners strictly for processing your generation requests. It is never sold or shared with advertisers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following operational purposes:

• Delivering and rendering requested AI photo-to-video outputs.
• Managing user accounts, subscriptions, and generation credits.
• Improving app stability, performance, and user interface.
• Preventing malicious usage, fraud, and violations of our Content Guidelines.

6. Third-Party Analytics, Services, and SDKs

We integrate trusted third-party service providers and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to facilitate in-app purchases, manage subscriptions, analyze app performance, and ensure stability. These third parties may process technical identifiers and transactional data in accordance with their privacy policies:

• Adapty (In-app purchases, subscription analytics, and paywall management)
• Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Application stability, crash reporting, and usage performance)

7. Data Retention & Deletion

8. Security Measures

We enforce industry-standard technical measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, to protect your media during transfer to AI cloud providers. However, no internet transmission or cloud infrastructure is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Our applications are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or process personal data or media from children without verifiable parental consent.
